Mark Twain

"Keep away from people who try to belittle your ambitions. Small people always do that, but the really great make you feel that you, too, can become great."

Some changes take place outside our little lives.

The Banking System in America and around the world are in grave trouble.

Russia is taking the opportunity to forge a relationship with Hugo Chavez who appears to be the new Castro. Chavez is vehemently Anti-American. The new Russia looks more aggressive than the old U.S.S.R.!

The media and politicians are in a mode being called Marketing Fear. We need this $700 billion bail-out before Monday or we will see a Financial System Meltdown.

These are development outside our area of influence. They are the things we must accept while we concentrate on the things we can change in our lives. It takes real thought management to feel nearly sick with fear of another Great Depression beginning. Something we can do nothing about as an individual. they are engaging in a process of spending most of the domestic budget with no details disclosed. We are supposedly on the precipice of something terrible and are being asked to trust the people that created the situation. Anyone feeling Victimized?

This situation shows me the difficulty some people have focusing on the events we can influence or do something about in our lives. This is the area we need to focus our efforts to make positive changes in our lives.

The media creates Crisis by embellishing facts and stirring the pot. If we were to respond to dreaded outcomes they predict, we would have trouble even getting out of bed in the morning.
